When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 1 business day of receiving your order. This may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.
Pre-order items: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once your full order is ready. Need items sooner? Please order pre-ordered pieces separately.
If There’s a Problem With Your Order
We’ll be in touch by phone or email if an item becomes unavailable or an issue arises. You’ll always be offered a refund or an alternative.
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries - you have 45 days from receipt to return items.
Steps to return:
1. Log In to the Portal - Head over to our return portal here and enter
your order number and email address
2. Select Your Items - Choose the item(s) you wish to return and tell us
the reason why. (Please note: If your item is faulty or incorrect, you may
be asked to upload a quick photo. Complete the steps as normal, and
our team will review the images and reach out with your next steps!)
3. Pick Your Preference - Next, let us know how you’d like us to handle
your return:
● Store Credit (Bonus!): Choose store credit and we will add an extra
10% to your total value!
● Refund: Get your money back to your original payment method.
4. Choose Your Shipping - Select how you want to send the package
back to us:
● FedEx: We’ll email you a label to print, then simply drop it at your
local drop-off point.
● Arrange Your Own: Prefer a different courier? You can source your
own return label. If you select this option, we highly recommend
using a tracked service! To help us process your return as quickly
as possible, please remember to pop a note inside your package
with your name and order number. Ensure your package is
marked as ‘Returned Goods’ on any customs forms to avoid
delays and additional fees.
5. Confirm & Pack - Hit confirm, securely package your items, and drop
your package off. We’ll take care of the rest once it arrives!
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 45 days.
- Items should be unworn, clean, and in re-sellable condition with original packaging.
- Hosiery and underwear are non-returnable.
- Returns received late or not meeting these conditions may be refused - or offered store credit instead. Where store credit is issued, it will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt. Bank processing times may delay when the funds appear in your account.

Please note: outgoing shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges
Sorry, exchanges are not available. Please reorder the
new size/item instead and follow the return process for the unwanted item/s.
Cancellations
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel for a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll try to divert it back to us - but if that’s not possible, simply return the item once received.
Note: any return courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns on Large or Bulky Orders
If you return more than 50% of a large order, we may deduct a proportion of the original shipping cost from your refund, especially where outgoing postage was significantly above average.
Special Offers & Sale Events
Returns for promotional offers (e.g. Buy One Get One Free) will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Please read offer-specific terms (e.g. Black Friday) for full details.
